Our Cleaning Process
1. Our certified service technician will inspect your carpet, measure the area to be cleaned, answers your questions, and provides a written proposal to complete the cleaning.
2. Pre-treats all carpeted areas, focusing highly on areas with excessive soil, high traffic areas, and specific trouble spots.
3. Cleans carpeting using industry-leading, truck-mounted, hot water extraction cleaning system to ensure thorough cleaning of the entire area.
4. Insert blocks and tabs under your furniture to protect carpeting from stains and furnishings from moisture.
5. Optional: Applies a coating of Scotchgard to protect against future stains and helps preserve the life of the carpet.
